Brothers MacAuley and Kieferle recently received the Brotherhood Award from the NJ FMBA. Here is brief description of the incident which occurred on Luddington Ave. L3 , E1 forced entry attacking fire and E1A( FF Terry) overcome by intense fire conditions went down losing his helmet and dislodging his SCBA. FF Kieferle and pulled him from the attic to division 2, called for help and then escorted him out to EMS. He was treated at St. Joe’s for smoke inhalation .
