Join FMBA 21 In The Fight Against Cancer!
Each day, 22,000 people die from cancer worldwide (WHO). There’s a good chance that someone you know and love will be affected by this disease. Nearly half of cancer diagnoses and deaths are preventable. No-Shave November’s mission is to not only raise funds for cancer research and treatment but to educate the population about preventative measures. For over six years, participants around the globe have put down their razors and foregone their hair appointments to join the fight against cancer. The No-Shave November campaign has successfully raised over $3.5 million dollars to combat this disease. Every dollar raised brings us one step closer in our efforts to fund cancer research and education, help prevent the disease, and aid those fighting the battle. Each whisker grown allows us to embrace our hair, which many cancer patients lose during treatment. Will you join me? Start by using the links to the right.

Please help support the Clifton Animal Shelter. They are currently in the Top 10 on the Purina cat and dog food website for a $25,000 make-over. Voting may take place once per day until March 15th, 2015. Our fire department conducts fund-raisers all year-long for all our furry friends at the Clifton Animal Shelter. Clifton Animal Shelter – New Jersey
FMBA 21 would like to personally recognize Ann-Marie Lancaster, our fire department secretary. Not only does she basically run the place, she also takes an exorbitant amount of time out of her life to organize all of the Animal Shelter Drives. She is solely responsible for making these events as successful as are and truly enjoys every minute of it.
Thank to you ALL who donated to this year’s Animal Shelter Blanket Drive. It was a huge success with a much larger turnout that last year’s drive! The Clifton Animal Shelter is always looking for donations. Drop off animal related goods to the shelter located in the rear of City Hall Property at 900 Clifton Avenue. HAPPY HOLIDAYS
